5.1 Frying pan

Issue: The shape of the frying pan has remained unchanged since ancient times. The bottom and cone-shaped sides make it easier to get out the contents. Recently, torus-shaped sides have become popular.  They are more comfortable, for example, when it is necessary to turn cutlets. All you have to do is pushing the cutlet upwards on the rounded side surface and it will flip over. However, this shape of the sides made it harder to get the contents out of the frying pan. 

Question: How can the benefits of the conical and rounded sides be combined?
